Why Riot might as well still be what it started as. Nothing.

Dear Riot. I would just like to take this opportunity to let you know how awful your game and support is. Firstly, the banning process. Any player can get banned for as little as some bad language. Last I checked the majority of your players were not 5 year old children. It should also say something about your players and administrators if they are so offended by language or angry about someone leaving a game that they would ban a player from ever playing again. On top of this, they are not only simple bans or suspensions. Some punishments include timers in which you must sit and actually wait for the timer to run down. Others make you write out a statement if you would like to play the game again. Honestly, I am not playing your game anymore and this holds significant blame for why. On top of this, I find it utterly hilarious that there is no place whatsoever to submit complaints directly to riot. A company has to have some serious superiority complex shit going on to think that their game is perfect. I would also like to add that the new champion you put out is probably the most imbalanced thing I have ever seen in a game in my life, and that is probably the rest of the reason I quit playing. Because every couple of months you put out a new champion that just dominates the game and every single match has at least 1 of them, and its all just to get people to pay money. Everyone talks about how great it is that league of legends is free. When you actually start playing the game you quickly realize that doesn't matter. There's no point in making a game free if it caters to anyone who is willing to pay and bow down to the tribunal. If you're going to make a game free, make it really free. All in all, I will probably not return to the league of legends community for a very long time but I wanted to at least have a chance to express my views.
