Won around 800 games, 1230 teamwork, 344 honorable, no ribbon?

I was just wondering since I have so many teamwork and around 300 honorable why haven't I gotten the ribbon yet? I'm not dying to get, but sometimes it passes my mind when I see people with a red or green ribbon.. Any help on why or a explanation would be nice :D

Has to happen on a consistent basis, but trust me man, its not worth the headache.

I've had the honorable ribbon and it was taken away a couple weeks later.
