Help for ADC main this season

Hi guys! I am Lonas, I live in Texas, I'm 20 years old, a computer science major, and currently working as a political intern during the Texas legislative session. My summoner name comes from a cartoon robot that I created when I was five.

I am also a bronze four adc main this season (jinx, Graves and Lucian being my go-to champs). And, unlike other people in bronze, I acknowledge that I deserve my ranking, and am content to work my way up in the ranks like everyone else.

That being said, I would like to have consistently better quality games. Not everyone in bronze is a total jerk, but I have played against gold players before, and (aside from getting pubstomped) I must say I consistently enjoyed the quality of gameplay that I had moreso than I do now. Basically, I want to climb the ranks so that I can play against better people. So, my question to everyone is, what are the best ways I can improve while playing the ADC role this season? What is it that players in higher elos do that make them destroy and carry in bronze? If anyone of the higher elo variety wants to friend me and play a game or two to help me out as well, I would be most grateful.
