New Refund System Ideas.

Hello, I just want to share some ideas I had for a new refund system. To replace the old, 3 for a lifetime one.

First off is skins. I would like an infinite refund system, however I want this to be more like a trial system rather then buying system. If you buy a skin you have 5 hours to refund it, long enough to see if you like it. At the end of the five hours if you do not refund it, it is yours permanently. HOWEVER if you do refund a skin and repurchase it, it cant be refunded. You must keep it.

Champions. This is quite simple. Champions cannot be refunded. If they could be, then that would mess up the free week system. And this would give free week champs a little more attention for their trial period.
