Same here, I have restarted multiple times and still stuck at position one. :(
Don't worry, apparently the games suck anyway right now.
Problem is fixed, I just logged in.
I restarted the launcher client and it let me in without a wait timeframe. 
good news. i log in. bad news. i got disconnect and cant in again during loading screen.
