I que up for ranked draft. Pick fill. Wait ten minutes to get into champ select. Wait ten minutes for champ select to finish, game doesn't start -> wait ten minutes for champ select to finish -> repeat last two steps. Meanwhile I'm listening to loud and obnoxious sounds.

Sorry but I play for entertainment and waiting an hour just to play a half hour game doesn't make sense to me.
