Riot has lost the ability to balance. Here is my opinion.

Okay, so I haven't been playing LOL for more than a year, but through the time that i have played alll i can see is Riot losing the ability to balance champs. It all started for me with a Heimer, then a Singed and then a Teemo. YES a Teemo. That satanic yordle, but i was still new to the game and dont get me wrong. I am not saying that i am a pro, but as i have grown it only shows that those champs are honestly a joke to Riot. Then Riot begins re-works and i personally like the Poppy and Shen re-works, but the tank, adc and then god awful mage re-works their are perma bans put in place to prevent those broken champs from entering game. Even though this happened Riot waits and "Nerfs" those champs. Now when i saw "Nerf" i mean that in a very loose way. For example the Raka "Nerfs" when they made her stronger, but lets get back to the real issue here. The Mage re-work. Ok, this is my real problem. Riot chose 14 mages to re-work. Malz, Vlad, Brand, Zyra, Vel, Cass, Annie, Swain, Fiddle, Ziggs, Syndra, Xerath, Anivia, and Veigar. I'll start with Malz. He was #1 and got a buff. An absolutely unnecessary buff. A buff that has made it to the one game since the patch and in that game he put me on the tilt immediately put me on the tilt, but we all know how broken he is. #2 Vlad, RIOT PLS his E damage is off the charts. #3 Brand i honestly don't think these first three needed reworks. especially not some of the biggest updates out of all the mages. What is his new passive, his original was annoying to deal with but now... oh lord. you think making it to where you have to land every ability is balanced? News flash.... it's not hard. and now he is rewarded for being an easy champ. #4 Zyra honestly did need this. I appreciate this one because she honestly needed it. #5 Vel OK. This champ isn't even old? This champ still saw pro play. This champion was good if you took the time to learn him. Riot removed high risk out of this game. 100% True damage. not needed. he was good before you broke him another unnecessary buff. #6 Cass this one i agree with. She was a very hard champ. Even when mastered she wasn't worth playing in most cases, but now she brings something unique to the table. #7 Annie. Annie was already called a god-tier low elo mid. and her burst was off the charts to begin with and Tibbers not being amazing was a good balance to her. Now Tibers is honestly the worth of another champ. He does way too much damage. and it seems everytime i outplay an Annie i pay for it in blood cause Tibers is there to collect. #8 Swain I honestly have no opinion on this champ because I haven't played against him. So i don't feel right making a judgment. #9 Fiddle. How many times has he just ulted in and hit that good ol Zhonyas. Again. No risk. #9,10,11,13 No opinion because i have no experience with those champs. #12 I did want to come back to Anivia. I enjoy this buff. I have always wanted to play her but it felt strange and now i really enjoy it. That was a good. All in all i say that Riot is losing the concept of high risk. I am not going to go into tank assassins or tanks bulding no dmg and doing more than and adc. but those are also problems that i think should be addressed. It seems that Riot has gotten to the point where the only way they know to change a champ is too make them stronger.

Why can't people use any proper spacing whatsoever to attempt to make their post readable...?

TLDR. Sort it into a better structure or your point will get lost.

Here's my opinion:

Riot has over 100 Champs. Balance is no longer as simple as the numbers on just one. Balance comes in the form of what they can do. Immobile mages are generally stronger but get stomped by kits with dashes or other mobility for example.
