Stretched Patcher

So when 4.20 hit, I decided it was as good a time as any to uninstall and reinstall League for various reasons. The issue then popped up after downloading the install file from the web page, that my patcher looked like the attached image. Its dimensions are identical to what it used to be, however all the images are too big. A side effect of all this is that I cannot close the patcher window without right-clicking its icon in the toolbar (the image also shows that I can't click the button at the bottom of the 'new patcher' message).

Is there any way for me to resolve this? I would like to try repairing the patcher, but go figure, that is just as impossible as finding and clicking the usual 'x' in the corner.
