I've been waiting for about more than 6 months for PBE but for some reason it saying application received. Is there some sort of problem with my account because i've seen other players saying that they go accepted withing 2-10 weeks. Can somebody tell me what is happening?

No one is guaranteed a spot. Sometimes they look for certain qualifications, and they don't choose players that have gotten chat restricted/banned, but other than that it's random.
