All i did was correct my fellow teammates and have a heated conversation with the enemy team (in which
was very toxic) and i'm the one who gets banned? I feel the only reason I was reported was cause we came back and won the game after falling very far behind. in fact proceeded to threaten to kill my mother and told me i was gonna get swatted... someone please let me know why i was banned.
You don't get banned from a single game unless it was incredibly bad. Their new system sends you the chat from the "straw that broke the camel's back", but it can take many games' worth of behavior into account.
Don't have "heated" conversations with enemy players (or any players, if you can help it). If two players start screaming and swearing at each other, Riot will happily ban them both. The mute button is your friend.
People can be very touchy about being "corrected" -- and maybe I'm a little jaded, but players tend to underestimate their own level of jerkitude. You won't get in trouble for communicating with your team as long as you're polite. But harping on people all game every game or constantly badmouthing your teammates will get you banned eventually.

That is very wrong, RIOT, i really think you need to help this man, i do not see he did anything wrong.
Just ignore them, press the mute button and your problem is solved. Riot doesn't care who started it, they care that an argument takes away from the game play.

Riot will help you if you truly did not do anything severe enough to get banned. Send in a support ticket.
Man.......This is why boards suck, back in the old forum days we would see these kind of posts and just wait for that tasty Lyte , But alas we will never see it...
You were probably not deserving on challenjour, therefore you get perma-banned.
