Would this be a reportable offence?

Hello all!

I just played a 3v5 game, and about 4 members of the other team were doing nothing but calling us scrubs, bad, how easy the game was, scum, saying shit about our mothers. It was really annoying especially since it was 3v5. They were just shit talking the entire match.

Is stuff like that reportable?? Thanks :)
