Question on the bans

So I was in a game 1or 2 days ago ( it was a ranked ). In that ranked my top and my jungler thinking the game was win danced with the other team, ( we lost the game bc of that ) I reported them but got no answers ... I read some other forums that said that you would receive a pop up only if the guy was ban for that game bla bla bla But men, They trolled a ranked and they are not even gonna pay for it? I really think the League of Legend ban system must be upgraded for the people who get away with trolling and feeding
