Login screen idea

I was just wondering if there could perhaps be some sort of change to the login screen that allowed a user to choose their screen from past screens? There have been points in time where many people I knew didn't like some login screens; however, we did love other ones. For instance, the Janna login screen was not a big hit with my friend and they actually rushed to login, despite animations and music being turned off. But surely the login screen data is still there, right? So is there any possible way that someone would change what it is, perhaps put a limit on it like once a day or something? And whenever there is a new screen it'll automatically change to that one or something?
