So I've been banned in season 4 for some extreme justifiable reason for about seven days, but I have never been chat restricted. However, I still got my season 4 Ranked Rewards after the season ended. I really should have been revoked of my rewards. On another note, in season 5, I've been banned for 14 DAYS, not seven, and this one lacks in correctable behavior when compared to the season 4 ban. According to your policy, it explicitly states that a person needs to display signs of racism, sexism, scripting, homophobic slurs, and constant extreme harassment that consists of the things mentioned prior. I hate to say, in season 4, I've been involved with one of those, and I regret that. That is why all the times I was toxic this season, I wanted to keep it at "kiddie-insulting" level, if I've ever been toxic. Getting back to the point, my chat log in season 4 seems like Mt. Everest, and this season 5 chat log seems like the local neighborhood hill. Hypothetically, let's classify the toxic player as a criminal that robbed a huge metropolitan bank back in season 4, and he got away with it. Now that same criminal would get caught for a car parking ticket problem. Now in this season 5 chat log, I haven't even mentioned the word "fuck" like many of the raging players, and probably the worst thing i said was "garbage team", "noobs", "bitch", or "r%%%%%s". Fun fact: My lane opponent honored me after that match, and I tell him "that means nothing" after he congratulated during the match me because I wasn't good enough to carry the team. Now I guess this deserves chat restriction or ranked restriction, but not a whopping 14 day ban. Also, the players who probably reported me begged me by saying that "I'm their only chance", but I undermined my self my saying that "im useless" to myself. I have never gotten ranked restriction before, and I don't even know what that is (somehow they are excused, maybe it's a light punishment). Plus, I've gotten no warnings before the match I was toxic in, so I'd mute everyone as an alternative. As the worst of the toxic players, I guess I don't fall into that category in this season at all. If this was season 4, I'd definitely be a part of that 1%-2.5%, yet I still got what I didn't deserve whatsoever.

Starting from season 6, I'm probably going to /all mute in every ranked match, and I really hope i don't get banned for "Refusing to communicate with team".

Two questions: How do people get perma-banned? Are the extreme toxic activity perma-bans now, and the light insults are 14 day bans?
