Riot need to start separating splash art, and icons.

It's been said before, but with the new splash arts the detailing on them is making in game visualisation a lot harder. It would be far better to have an icon that is entirely separate from the splash art. Not only does this let Riot focus on clarity, it gives icons the chance to have a consistent style (Which is really needed imo).
