3rd-Person Camera mode?

I've recently seen a couple videos on YouTube where someone is playing League in a third person (as in, over-the-shoulder) mode, however doing so requires a third-party program and is therefore a bannable offense. I ain't tryin' to catch all that noise, so I shan't even bother.

However, it was refreshing to see Summoner's Rift, characters' abilities, etc. from a more realistic perspective. I would like an official feature to make this camera mode accessible in the game.

INB4 "Go get SMITE" because a) SMITE is not League of Legends, b) I highly doubt SMITE is compatible with my toaster and c) League looks gorgeous in third person.

So what sayeth thou, Rito? I believe that this feature would allow players to get more up-close and personal with their champions, to see the battle from an actual champion's perspective and make it feel more like you're really there.

I'm confused. League is always in 3rd person.

What if league did an april fools thing where it was URF in 3rd person?

So basically saying.. you're all buffed with no cooldowns... NOW take this vision nerf and go have fun! :D

The issue with 3rd party programs is that Riot overly stresses how bad they "can" be, but they are only a bannable offence if they give you an advantage in game. For example, a mod that lets you see where the enemies are walking to, or where they clicked and such. Something such as 3rd or first person that's used purely for fun is something that I don't think Riot ever plans to add, and would probably be okay to use.
