Enable Teemo in One For All next time

Teemo is disabled in one for all, but i don't like it. It won't be a heathly gameplay to enable him, but it would be FUN. That's the reason we have One For All, right? But it would be easy to not face him in a match i he was enabled i League Of Legends by just banning him. That's why we have bans.

So i would like to see teemo enabled in the next One For All.
