Counter to Vayne?

League of Legends Match History

Just wondering it was an intense game, though what is the true counter to a Vayne. We're winning bot lane (Jhin) being 5/1 (kills/death) and was snowballing hard. Vayne was pretty much able to one shot everyone being in a tough position. Just want to know how to play against a Vayne for future reference (Keep in mind they have a Kayle to keep Vayne alive during this game.) There are some things I want to work on team fight wise to get better and eventually get into gold, any advice? (Teetering in Silver I and not able to make that final push into gold before the deadline.)

TL;DR how to play against Vayne w/ Kayle ult? + Any advice to get better? (Really want to make Gold this season currently in Silver I.) Vayne > Jhin ????

abuse her worthless laning phase and because of her low range as an adc, targeted cc and kill her ass if the tries to do shit lategame.

I mean I honestly abused the crap out of her in laning phase as Jhin being mentioned, but she came back so hard late game and we couldn't kill her due to kayle. It just got to a point where her R + Q could one shot kill me even though she had a terrible early game. I bought plenty of pink wards along with Leona's oracle and tried to abuse as much as possible, but Vayne's damage just outweighed us (Silver bolts deal true damage.) As linked you can tell our lane won pretty hard early game.
