Riot should look into this...

So really recently I went and played on Twisted Treeline just for fun, and I noticed really quickly that the people I was playing against weren't actually there. The first game I played the enemy team ran into the middle of the lane and didn't move, this wasn't very weird people do things like that all the time, but I realized really quickly that was ALL they were doing. They didn't try to really attack anyone or even run away. I honestly believe Riot should look into this, its been 2 games in a row with this happening (I even got one of those weird bots on my team) and its a little disappointing. All of the champs that I played against are on free rotation and looking through the enemy match history every game is exactly like this. All of the accounts were level 30 so I assume this has been going on for awhile.
