Ive run a couple of accounts and on my most recent one ive had some strange shit happen. I played my placements, went 7-10, dunked on kids just about every game, 2 games had afks, so we lost those and i kinda fucked up another cuz ping issues. In the end i went 7-10. Not as well as i was hoping but certainly respectable. My main problem is where i got placed. Silver 4 was my expectation after those placements. Thats about where i went last time doing a little worse but i would've been fine with B1. I was not expecting to be met with Xeraths inquisitors B5. That really doesnt make sense to me. Mostly because 6 of the games were in a row which should raise my mmr if i understand correctly. If anyone has any reasoning for this i really want to know.

You ended in gold, went 7-3 and got b5. Wut

Unranked account, all normals I played recently were around Silver III - Gold V people. I did 9-1 and placed Gold 2 , almost gold 1. The first ranked were around low silver, than High silver. I played one against low gold and after that 1 against high gold that I lost, so It made me play a couple low gold and the last two high gold. I am pretty sure that the MMR of Normal plays a role for deciding if your placements will start from Bronze o Silver. If you start bronze I guess you cannot get into gold but just high silver. If you start Silver you can get into high gold.
