Reportior did it!

Garens had his issues in the past and as a Garen main I feel like a lot of them have been answered in the rework. His q silence has been nerfed which is a hooray to most caster, (imma still kill you ) the w change really takes out a bit of his tankiness especially early.those two nerfs put him in check early game, but come mid and late game you start to see him make more of a impact and it is really exciting when youre spinning in an entire team and know that one of them is dying faster than the rest. The villain feature sometimes hard to actually use is very impactful once it is used. its almost poetry and i just enjoy my garen games a lot more now. I think right now we may have the perfect Garen.
