What skins are in Mystery Skin Gifts?
Are all skins (except ones like Pax Jax) available in mystery skin gifts? Because I missed the Halloween event this year and I want to get Haunting Nocturne.

Almost all skins are available, yes. The chances of getting haunting nocturne from a mystery chest are very very slim. I haven't been looking out to see if that skin's been in any of the snowdown chests, but you're likely better off to wait for that and see if it pops up in one.
