Honestly, the 3 ultimate skins should just be the default skins for their respective champion. Then people might be more interested in the in the first place.

I mean, I don't have it. But I love having a DJ Sona on my team. Listening in on her music completely changes the game experience for me. I find that I'm calmer and generally have more pleasant game with her around.
I have it too but I don't think it's the skin's fault. I didn't get bored of DJ Sona, I got bored of Sona...

Not sure why you would make a post to say ultimate skins aren't worth the cost, when in the same post you heavily implied that you spent the refunded RP on champions. Champions are all available for IP. Using money on free goods is even less cost effective than buying skins. You would've been better off buying other skins if you didn't like Sona's.
The thing with DJ Sona is that she changes the BG music... and that's pretty much it. Otherwise she is just a legendary skin. You can easily just get Arcade Sona (isn't legendary but w/e) and play DJ Sona music on youtube repeat.
