Getting wall trapped!?

Hello fellow members of the league community, i just have a quick question about the possibility of getting wall trapped. Here is how my scenario went down --- I was playing a Leona supp game against a thresh and I ended up having to tank a hook to save my adc, thresh pulls himself to me and steps in front of me (i was right next to the wall at the moment). I then try to move but end up just kind of shuffling kind of like minion block. I guess the real question is was thresh acting like a minion in that case and blocking me from moving (and even if he was i didnt think he could block all movement)?

And yes im 100% sure the hooks stun duration was over and he was not six yet so i was not ulted.
