Maybe he should get a skin with particles? Just maybe?
All you gotta do is literally light him on fire and make his spells fiery or freeze him in ice and all his spells would be frosty.

Or they can return the firework particles on his statue of karthas skin.
Not that difficult, I'm pretty sure.
They could probably make a satan karthus haha. Big wall of fire and fireballs for his Q.
I think they need to make him appealing to play first. Then they can give him a skin that looks like the Crazy Pyromancer from Hearthstone.
