The life of being permabanned

idk i just wanted to make a discussion on being permabanned. recently this account ive been playing on for at least 5 years or so now was permabanned while i was climbing in ranked. i had a 60% winrate and i was having a great time until one day i log on and i saw a message. you've been suspended for 11 days. im like wtf did i do so i proceeded to play on a smurf account. it was 2 days later that i tried logging on and the message was that i have been permanently banned. i asked riot and they told me i had "suspicious behavior" and that they do not tolerate it under the summoner's code. at this point i tried my best to tell them and even ask them what happened. they told me that they cannot discuss their procedures in banning someone and that i will not be getting my account back. i tried week after week to open a new ticket until they banned me from opening tickets. i thought rip my life i will never spend this much money on this game again the customer support is horrible. anyways i just wanted to see if anyone else was permabanned for no explained reason so i dont feel like im the only one lmao.
