TWEAKS / suggestions for Legibility and Organization Capabilities

Hello fellow League of Legends fanatics and casual gamers! I have some minor suggestions that can only HELP to better our LoL experience.

1. Color-coating Buffs and Nerfs in the patch notes +++For Clarity when reading the changes for certain champions, it would be helpful if a skill / passive is buffed, that the numbers would be green and otherwise, red if nerfed. Right now, changes are always red for what got deleted, but through the strikethrough, the numbers can be hard to read, thus difficult to determine if the change is a buff or not

2. Being Able to Rearrange the tabs of the Mastery and Rune pages +++For easier organization, it would be helpful to pick up and drop off the rune / mastery page in a more a convenient order, instead of having to Delete and Remake the page to have it where you want it. It BUGS me if my runes and mastery pages aren't in the order I would like forcing me to do all this Deleting, Renaming, and Remaking of all these pages, and if it bothers me, there are probably others like me, so I think this would HELP quite a bit.
