I want to start rank, i have questions.

So iv'e never really played rank, only my placements and 11 games after that. At the moment my winning rate is 73%, iv'e only lost 3 out of 11. So i guess my ELO/MMR w/e it's called is good right? Because i think my MMR in normal games is at what's considered "elo hell"? It's at 1100 MMR. And honestly it's always either really good teams, or really bad ones it's never in between. My normal games have nothing to do with my ranked games correct? i just want to make sure my normal games don't determine the quality of players i will get.

its ranked not rank lol and yes ranked/normals are different . There is no elo hell.

As far as I know Normals do not affect your MMR in Ranked which is why you go through placements in the first place (reason being people play and behave differently in both drastically influencing the outcome of a game). Note: I do think however that Ranked affects your Normals MMR.
