What about a Game Mode Fusion for custom games?

I was thinking today, since we are all getting so used to these rotating game modes, what if we had a mode where we could pick the game mode specific features and combine them with other modes? example: Urf ascension, or one for all legend of the poro king, or even hexakill definitely not dominion? Just examples really.

As you may have surmised, I have not even the slightest clue about code or how it would work/affect the possibility of this happening. Just had an idea and thought it was cool! Plus, urf hexakill with all zeds/ezreals/kats etc would be disgusting yet fun at the same time lol.
