Ive been playing since season 2 I know how this shit is suppose to work but this is just retarded.

I haven't had a chance to ranked yet this season due to a giant report I have to get done to graduate, but my brother is ranking and keeps swearing that this is the worst matchmaking has been in a very long time.

I think the Dynamic queue year really did a number to everyone's MMR.
