Due to changes coming to Gemstones availability, here is a suggestion.

If you have not heard it, gemstones which are hextech chests exclusive items will be available for purchase when buying a specific bundle. This will make skins such as Hextech Annie and Soulstealer Vayne more easily available plus future exclusive skins to come. A small group of people invested effort/money to acquire enough hextech chests which granted them the Hextech Annie and or Soulstealer Vayne or gemstones to acquire such skins.

Since changes are coming to make gemstones more available (meaning easier to get skins), people who acquired such skins before this gemstone availability update should (could please?) get an icon or banner profile for acquiring such rare skin before it became easier to obtain.

This would be similar to what happened with championship skins.
