Snowball Ip boost don't stack =/

So a friend of mine gifted me all 4 new summoners icon you get for snowball on quick succesion but I only got a single IP boost. Furthermore since I now I have all 4 icons he can't gift me more (which is understandable so it doesn't get exploit) So bare that in mind, you only will get a single IP boost unless you finish your previous before hand
