The trolls and jerks in this game is too high!

It's come to my attention that the community of this game is beginning to be over saturated with people who live to make their time on the fields a lot harder then they need to be. Either by feeding, calling people names, or just generally having a negative attitude can make a game that much harder. I feel like with the tribunals being down for this long, and people finding ways around the system to keep themselves from being banned, we can't do anything to cull the good from the bad. We need action from not only the community but from Riot themselves to bring back the community that this game had. I know I'm probably going to get flak from the troll already playing this game and this discussion might get completely blown up from the troll comments and such. but we need to do something about this. I have invested a lot of funds and such into this game that I don't want all of that time and money to go to waste because of my love for the game might be lost from all the trolls in the community.
