Items Sets Shared on Multiple PCs

I use two PCs during my week (one desktop for home-use and one laptop for trips & visits). I need my item sets to be available on any PC I log into League of Legends to play from. Would Riot Games load the items sets on the League of Legends server?

I did attempt to transfer the Item sets from one PC to another by a thumb Flash Drive (the Champion directories). It worked, but I was unable to edit the items on the second PC later (to change a few items for the new season). Perhaps there is something going on when transferring from a Win XP PC to a Win 7 PC. This would all be solved if the Item Sets were stored on the League of Legends server.

The problem with this is space. While most people just have a real item sheet, someone might just expand the Sets forever increasing the size of the data to be saved. Not saying this is likely, but it is possible.

This is my guess on why item sets are not saved anyway.

I also created a thread about this... it's truly time consuming to make multiple items sets by hand and then to have to do it all over again on another computer!
