Is it just me or? Small feedback and a few questions.

You will probably think I'm a troll since my name is RubberChickenLoL but seriously.. is it just me or Riot gives penalties for nothing? I got muted for 25 games for calling a guy noob? Like.. really? That isn't even an insult. I saw that you guys get messages when you get somebody who you reported under penalty. I never get the message. Are my reports invisible? Why does Riot mute me and I lose my rights to get loot for saying "Noob." while others insult family and say "get cancer" and my reports on them are invisible to Riot? Do I need to swipe my credit card somewhere to get Riot to act against in-game flamers? No insult, but this is the impression I got after playing LoL for a while.
