Reworked champions

Whenever a champion gets a significant rework on their kit/abilities i think that whoever got skins for that champion should be able to have a 100% rp refund for whatever skin(s) they got for that champion getting reworked for a small amount of time. It's unfair to people who might not enjoy the rework and may never play that champ again thus their rp is lost.
