Remake

OK so i somehow got leaverbuster for doing and rc during the beginning of the game.I got a bugs plat and tried constantly to reconnect but it didn't work until 2 minutes later.Then, as soon as I got in the game, the surrender for reach started and we surrendered.So what are the conditions for remake?This is kind of unfair, so what needs to happen for there to be a remake?
