REMOVE AUTOFILL FROM LOWER ELOS

I fucking get it, high elo games have long queues without it, but holy shit, I am so FUCKING SICK of getting autofilled players on my team every game. It literally fucking ruins games when you have people who do the following:

• Feed because they cant play their filled position
• Hit you with "i'm autofilled so i dont care anyways"
• Troll off the bat because they're autofilled

PLATINUM IS NOT HIGH ELO. THIS IS A SHIT SYSTEM.
