Hi There,I noticed this post in the help and support section(not the right section). But other than where it was posted is it possible for you to get skins in your snowdown shop for champions you don't own

There are sales on Champion & Skin Combos like they have on sale in the store sometimes; I got one.
For example: that guy could get Luxanna and the skin Star Guardian Lux for 70%.
Yes, those skins are in a bundle in the shop and the price includes the champions RP price.
