I didn't know what board to put this in but I've been playing league on a computer that's going to crap. Getting horrible fps drop in team fights and random fps drop even on very low video settings. I just need to borrow someone's knowledge on computers for a second, maybe some links to good laptops would be nice. Looking at 500$ budget.
Build a pc its simple enough for a 5 year old
my pc max settings 200+ fps
i3 4160 gtx 960 cheap 54 dollar lga 1150 motherboard 600 wat psu 120gb ssd cheap case windows 7 total was 657$ without windows like 556%
or go on ebay buy a used aliean ware labtop with like a gtx 630m or higher

this is about the best you're gonna do laptop wise for 500
500 $ should be enough for standard play, if you arr into recording or streaming you need something better
build a desktop. seriously. if you're a student, your current laptop can go to class, take it wherever, and you can use remote desktop to make sure all your files are always on the same computer. then build a desktop for 500$ that will give you 2-3X more power than a more expensive laptop, and will last you longer, with replaceable parts. Staples has a thing where they will work with you on every step of getting your pieces for your computer, and will make sure that it all fits together and is compatible. 100% would recommend.
