Original 40 Champs Bundle Idea...Maybe?

With the release of the new champion hitting the League roster, I thought about how this wouldn't be the last addition knowing Riot will keep pumping new champs when they can. I just thought with the roster currently including over 120 Champions plus the amount of IP needed to unlock all needed runes and wanted Champions, Riot could maybe lighten that load by offering the Original 40 Champions in one bundle or maybe a bundle featuring 16 Champs recommended for Solo Que to get the needed amount for Ranked but of course there is that grind to lvl 30 first and that does grant you IP. I'm just spitting out ideas. Thoughts?

Most of the original 40, if not all, are pretty cheap IP wise. It isn't that hard to farm them all if you want to. Now if Riot wants to start a 40 for 40 skin line (probably chromas given that number) and bundle them all up, I could see that happening.
