Refer-a-Friend

Does anybody think that Riot will bring back Refer-a-Friend anytime soon? Or at least the skins that were rewarded for it? I really wanted Grey Warwick but my friends didn't really get into the game until after it was gone.. [zombie-nunu-tears]
