Never Give Up, Never Surrender!

I may not be the best player, but I've been around the block since Season 4. So far, with each new season I feel as though people wanting to give up before 20 minutes has increased. I know that not every game is winnable, that's just a given. However, there a a few matches where literally all you can do is farm and wait until you get a 5v5. Then again, when you have an AFK it just makes it all the more demoralizing.

http://www.manaless.com/2015/05/afk-4v5-games-analysis-using-kaplan.html ^ Here is a link that has some statistics about 4v5's Win Rate.

I do believe that this is all a mind game, and we are all still people believe it or not. This game is all about _Morale _ Also remember ONE IMPORTANT THING!!! No matter how fed someone is, if they can die, then so can their team. CC also really helps...

I am writing this post because I was looking over a few of my matches and saw that i had won a few 4v5's and had a few upsets.

Here is a link for 4 Examples.

  1. Our Sion never connected and Shaco had more than a tent in the Bot Lane to get me fed. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com//en/#match-details/NA1/1707516330/216349756?tab=overview

  2. Our Caitlyn never connected, however, just like the previous game, our jungler Amumu manged to get me fed and I snowballed to where I was able to 1v5 and we won. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com//en/#match-details/NA1/1874330098/216349756?tab=overview

  3. I was 2/5 as Evelynn and Shyvana was 6/1 at 20 minutes. We we were also down by 4k Gold at 17 minutes with Shyvana just steam rolling us. So we then decided to stop fighting and go only for picks. With pick after pick and only defending while trying to do objectives if they were free, we managed to get our items and get tankier to the point where me and Shen just soaked up damage while going straight for the carries every fight. We eventually won enough fights to where they couldn't contest and we pushed for the win. They had the gold lead until the last 3 minutes of the game. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2095215924/216349756?tab=overview

  4. Darius ended up getting fed and going 7/2 at 20 minutes. He was able to completely win fights all by himself. The game turned to our favor when KogMaw got a Quadra Kill. We then changed our strategy to peel for KogMaw and let him do all the damage. After farming and getting picks, we were able to get him fed to where he would be able to 1v3. The wombo combo of JarvanIV ulting, then Anivia ulting and Q'ing really brought us back into the game. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2097907240/216349756?tab=overview

I just wanted to show you guys a few examples that the Impossible can be done So no matter how bad you might be losing, if you can kill who ever is the most fed on the other team, then you still have a chance at winning. My advice would be to farm up and hold out until the enemy makes a mistake. And trust me, we are all HUMAN, THEY WILL MAKE MISTAKES. What matters is if you can capitalize on enough of their mistakes.

TLDR: Just because the game looks bleak, doesn't mean that you WILL lose. If you can kill the carry, you can kill the team. I posted 4 examples of my games were we came back from losing with a huge upset. There are also links to see the statistics of each game if you want to see them.

Now, let's see some of your best comebacks, upsets, and 4v5's!!! Also, advice to anyone that might need a little help in how to comeback from the brink of a loss.

7-10 minutes into the match 'gg surrender' then I ask "why?" then they reply 'so I can hurry up and move on to the next match!'

which I assume will just roll into another gg surrender early mentality, why rush into the next match before your current one is even half way into it?

Lol the match in that first picture looks like a level 10 game. The other team should have stomped you easily but ahri built double Morello and a Rylais. Lux built a Void Staff when no one on your team had any MR at all. I dont even have to point out how poor that Jayce played.
