The fact that riot is having this many spikes without Loss Prevented being active is actually just disappointing. Nobody is having any ping lag meaning its server related, and everyone in the game is currently lagging back to positions 5 seconds before. Is anyone else getting this server lag? Or is it just NAWest?
A lack of high and/or inconsistent ping doesn't mean that it's server related. It sounds like you're having packet loss. Can you post a tracert to the Riot servers?

I mainly get packet loss like that in featured game modes, normals and aram. Irritating, but at least still playable.
