getting reported for no reason

people reporting is getting out of hand it seems. i get reported almost every game for literally nothing. i get reported for giving a simple =) ... i get reported for giving people constructive criticism ie, advising someone to build armor against a fed garen. i get reported for going 7/6/12 as jg (not saying a single word in game) but i get reported for feeding. i get reported for everything and anything it seems, saying nothing to saying hi to making a simple in game mistake. its to the point where i am getting warning messages from riot telling me to basically chill out........

am i really gonna get a ban for getting false claims against me? i am getting warning popups after every s ingle games from people reporting me for LITERALLY NOTHING. someone mind clearing this up? any advice? stop playing LoL maybe?
