Xiled Gaming Community Searching for Moderators. Free Teamspeak

I am in the process of making a large League of Legends community. In order to start it off I am in need of some Co Founders and community members. I am looking for knowledgeable, dedicated, and experienced players. You don't have to be super active. I just want to get the name of the community out there and help generate a place where you can go to get away from the toxicity of what has become the league of legends community. I won't to be able to find premade 5's quickly with people who are of your player skill. I want to create a place where you can quickly find a game with others or just even a Solo que partner. The Teamspeak is hosted by typefrag and its completely free to use courtesy of myself. There is no application just a quick interview for these positions.
