teemo got nerfed instead of being buffed plz change back to old teemo

teemo used to be a pretty balanced champion in the top lane but, after the recent "buff" that riot gave him he is now a lot weaker than before. You used to be able to kite with his mushrooms while on the run from an enemy champ but with the new update that is completely gone since it now takes a lot longer to arm the shrooms (which can be dodged easily bc the enemy champion can see where you threw the shroom). Plus throwing the shroom and adding range on it doesn't buff teemo in any way since with the "arming time" nerf any player can easily see and step away from where you threw the shroom. If you are trying to block off a lane to protect you or your teammate that wouldn't work either, because enemy champ will most likely walk over the shroom without being slowed or take any damage, since the shroom is still arming itself.

They 'arming time' will be reduced afterwards. It's Riot's way of doing things. First make is acceptable then change it for worse.

The bouncing mushrooms thing isn't necessary at all. Why the fuck are they doing this?

No, he is anti-fun and no one likes laning against him regardless of his balance state. Either make him into a jungler so we don't have to deal with his bullshit in lane, or give him a full rework. He cannot be buffed in his current state.

It's called forethought. You are supposed to put the shrooms in where you need them, BEFORE you need them. So when you need them, they are already where you need them. Buff is buff.
