Chat Restrictions

Ok, so have people really gotten to the point that when its 45 to 2 in ranked and you type gg thats negative attitude? Ive gotten banned from chat twice now for "negative attitude", yet the ones who report me are swearing at me the entire game as well as others. However im the one punished, as they go to spread toxicity into other games. Its unfair to chat restrict someone when you dont even review what actually happens. Literally could go to every game and report everyone for negative attitude and get them banned eventually without and solid reason to do so. I understand you want to curb bad behavior, but you are just giving another tool for the toxic players to use, now including banning them.
