They always wait until you kinda don't want it as much, and don't hype for it as much and then be like "BOOM WE RELEASED THE NEW SKIN NOW GUYS!" and then you're stuck in between this "oh I feel like I should be excited" state and this "but.... ehh... not really" state.

Well unfortunately it will most likely be next Tuesday. With tomorrow being Thanksgiving I really doubt they will release anything then, and of course Friday-Monday they've hardly ever released content on sadly.
