2 Ranked Losses = Demote?!
I just won one game, then lost two, and I got demoted?? I thought it was 5 losses at 0 lp before demote?? Im so pissed right now

it's dependent on your MMR versus your ranking.
So say, if you had 4 losses at 0LP, won 1, then lost 2, that would be pretty much the same as 5 losses at 0 LP.
Stretched over a longer time, if your MMR took some hits to lower it and never recovered (you're gaining less per win than you lose per loss will indicate this) you could fall quickly.
E.g. I went 8-2 in my 10 placements for silver 1 (first ever season). I lost 6 straight to get demoted to silver 2 75LP. I won, then lost twice (now silver 2, 40LP). I would expect if I hit 0 LP before going on a similarly strong run (e.g. winning 5 straight) I'll get demoted to silver 3 immediately.
I won a good chunk of games before and my mmr is normal-above average
After you promote, you cannot be demoted for a certain number of matches (3, IIRC).
After that, a single loss at 0LP can demote you, depending on your MMR.
